Copy of what I've put on the CT forum
As you know the triumph spares group has basically ceased to function, since the decision was made I have been working (well Simon has been anyway) on an idea for a "web based replacement" this is now ready in its current form to go "live for testing"
Can I please have permission to mention the site on here, once it's up and running on full steam I would like to post an add or perminant link to it on this site as well as advertising in the mags.
I've not mentioned the site name in this post incase there are objections to the above.
A brief rundown of the site
There is no "fourm" it's just for listing :-
Parts for sale
Cars for sale
Cross referencing part numbers for alternative parts
Suggestion for parts to be remanafacturing
We are open to any other subjections, but there will not be an open forum, it's just for a "parts for sale" operation, if you get my drift
Also there are no fees for the general public to sell anything

Re: Question for all admin and mods
Dave,
Let me consider this for a bit please. We are due to have our next board meeting in the new year, and spares is something we do need to think about.
My initial reaction is, "not another forum", we already have lots of cross traffic between this and the CT forum as many people are members of both, so I don't want to overload things.
But, in the interests of keeping the momentum going, I don't want to dismiss this, but I want to give the whole thing due consideration.
Bear with me, let me talk it though with the board first please.
Alan
