Car scrappage scheme 2009

Everyone will remember the ludicrous 'scrappage scheme' hastily devised by the government where you got £2k for your +10 yr old car. What you may not know is that six to seven years on, hundreds and hundreds of classic cars traded in are still intact and in storage, and likely to remain so for a while due to the price of scrap being on its ar$e!
