Hmmm.....
I bought a gearstick boot from Rimmer Bros two or three years ago to use on a Dolomite.
It fitted fine but the label stated it was for a Stag, which makes one wonder if one of these may also be suitable for your mark one?

I believe the Stag/Dolly one will do (I think I remember Mr Chatterton used a Stag one on the DEL33) but they're not quite the same.

I did use one , not quite right but better than nothing. However, on a mk2 its hidden under the vinyl gator where it's on display in a mki.
