Unlikely I'm afraid. They are one of the most likely areas to rust, (perhaps after the front valance - which is fixed to the wing anyway). As they are welded all around, they are not easy to remove without damage and new original ones are now like hen's teeth. The next best thing is a pressed replacement one but they are
not cheap.
Do you actually need a whole wing? You mention it currently has a fibreglass one, so is it fitted right up to the under bonnet drain channel? If so, then you will probably need a whole wing. If it's just to repair rust, then a half or part wing would do.
Another possibility may be to get a poor wing from a scrapper and then let in repair panels to make it up. However, even the repair panels come at a cost....
