Thanx for the info. I would have missed the event if it wasn't for your post. I received my monthly magazine yesterday but did not see this event advertised.

It's a local show run by a local group, so it wouldn't be advertised in SIxappeal unless the group do in their write up.

It's one show I have never been to, and when I get my triumph finished I hope to go. 2014 ?

Alan, Tatton Park (although in Cheshire) is now organised by myself and details appear in advance in the Lancashire Group Report. Shows are early June and mid August. Remind me around Easter time if you are still wanting to come and I'll add you to the list! The invitation is open to any members Triumph 2000 / 2.5 or even Stag engined estates(!!!) - other makes wouldn't look right on a Club stand, I would say.... and the show is well worth a visit!! We get a good turn out of cars! In fact, at the last show this weekend just gone, Malcolm Stewart went home with a trophy for his 2500S estate! Considering the size of the show, that was quite an achievement! Well done Malcolm (not forgetting Jan who must have assisted with the polishing cloth.....)

I too went with my young un. He patiently waited for the 2 and a half hours while I chatted to Bob, Ken and one or two other owners. I got so much info and some great ideas for my project, many thanx. So happy to see other 2000's. A brilliant day out.

Sorry to have missed you both, Bill & asam_x, I was only there Sat due to work commitments, but see you both at the Lancs National next year !
Probably see you asam at Doos-bury (as its pronounced in West Yorkshire :) ) We'll probably get more info off Malcom & Jan soon as to the start time, but mid morning is a guess.

Sorry to have missed you Bill, especially as you didn't make the National! Incidentally, next years National hopefully will be a little nearer for you! However, I can assure you we were there, but probably rummaging on the Autojumble at the time !!
