Story in SIXappeal August 2014

#1 Post by trolleybus » Sat Jun 24, 2017 3:40 am

Some members may remember my story about fitting EFI to my car in the August 2014 SIXappeal.
Well I eventually managed to find a rolling road that would not compromise my retirement fund.
There were many problems on the way, mostly oil leaks, it now sports a new different inlet manifold and air cleaner arrangement from the one shown in the story.
With a mild cam and through a doggy BW65 it managed 127hp at 4400rpm and 158Ft-Lb at 3450. (revs limited because of the auto)
The tuner reckons I could expect 28 to 35% more power when I fit the manual trans.

Newbie here,

Really interested in the article from 2014, is there anywhere I can get a copy of it, or could someone scan it and email me.

The work looks really great trolleybus, what throttlebody did you use?
