Blimey, that is a lot of water,..... three times!!
I also think it will be the screen seal. It sometimes is forced up the screen under the lip, and then finds it's way around the rubber and comes off at the bottom.

Re: WATER IN FOOTWELL
Usually, if it is the windscreen, there will be evidence of the leak on the parcel shelves which easily distort when they get wet. You can also feel the dampness if you put your hand up behind the dash / glovebox area feeling around the curved area in the corners by the base of the screen.
I also agree with Jonathan Lewis....the drain holes at the base of the front wings behind the front wheels get blocked resulting in the water entering the sills as Jonathan says, which then finds its way into the floor area. The drain holes are located by the widest section of the lip at the bottom of the wheelarch, by the outer wing panel where it meets the wheelarch bowl. I usually clear mine with a old piece of flexible inner speedo cable, which is also good for clearing the drain holes from the boot lid aperture to the rear wheelarch! The front drain holes often were blocked by underseal and if repairs have been done to the sills. Facelift cars had a series of rubber grommets along the underside of each sill which allows easy draining!!
