A couples of questions please,
http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-HTP2009
Does this DVD work on an Apple Mac?
Secondly, is it easy to use or to put it another way, does it actually work?
Several years ago I bought the CD-rom HMCC7009 V1.3 which covered the Dolomite range.
It was only for a PC and was like a bad joke, the index was numerical so you had to guess which folder and then file you wished to see .
Furthermore it would only work on a specific version of Windows, not at all on anything newer.
Rimmers offered a full refund without hesitation.
thanks,

I have used Mac from personal choice since 1992, plus having to be lumbered with Windoze when at work.
I know where you are coming from with whether it will work with a Mac, but the more recent Intel based Mac operating systems can read most recent CDs/DVDs. However I can't make any comments about things coming from Rimmers ..........

Re: Original Technical Publications DVD....?
The same company do these for Volvos as well and I have a couple of them. I didn't realise they were offering them for other makes.
The Volvo ones are what you expect but the big problem is that you don't actually own the info, to gain access you have a license and you have to be online to view the info. I don't fully understand how it all works but it does mean you can get problems if you change your PC.
There isn't any mention of this in the Rimmers advert so these might be different.

The problems are with the Heritage Motor Centre DVDs. Lots of information online about how to [ahem ] work around the Hexalock protection and enable them to be run on anything.
I think it's only the earlier discs that work on XP and before only - the later versions were fixed - but not for Mac.

Aye.....
Thanks for the replies.
Think I'll just give the DVD a miss.
Ian.
