Thanks for the replies. I think I will be on the lookout for an "s" camshaft as I don't fancy fitting an electric pump (something else to go wrong :roll: ). Btw, would fitting the strombergs and manifold from my 2000 pose any problems, apart from different needles? If so, what size needles would I n...
Camshaft
I have just aquired a 2.5pi bare engine.My plans are for a complete rebuild, with twin SU's. Two questions, are there any quiet fuel pumps on the market, and secondly, if I go the manual fuel pump route, does a 2.5s camshaft fit straight in to the pi engine. Thanks.
