Re: diff nose hights
Thanks for letting us know the outcome of your visit to Vibration Free and that you are relatively vibration free :) I still have been unsuccessful with my vibration on the estate and it has now got so bad my Wife refuses to ride in the thing. The estate has been parked up unused since August last y...

Re: Boot Trim Panels Mk1 2000
Fairly certain you are right, those colours you mention were the options used for the MK 1's and I have been involved with MK 1's for many years.......From 1972 to be exact But if there was any other colour................

Re: Crease in guard
Fairly certain that damage is caused by a front end impact, seen it quite often when I worked in the panelshop at a Triumph specialist. Re: Bottom radiator hose - PAS cars
If you position the hose on a certain angle and trim a slight piece to shorten it like I have done you can get away with using a standard non power steering bottom hose. Mines been on for 7 years and over 25,000 miles without issues

Re: Convert TC to S spec
Did you find your ideal car yet? I converted an early MK2 2000 to S spec which was a little more involved than converting a 2500tc. I even went to the trouble of changing it from a manual to auto. It does seem to be revving its nuts off at 70 though even with the 3.45 diff and 14" hi profile tyres. ...

Re: Engine will not start.......
I''d had thought that you should have 12 volts when cranking and 8 volts when running. Have you transposed some wires  Tony. Thank you for your reply Tony, not that I know of. I was told that it could be the ignition switch and also had another suggestion on the switch. I hot wired it as inf...
