I have a BW65 in my 2500 with transmission oil cooler and spin on filter and to fit this, only required some slight cooler pipe reforming, easily done when the small bracket holding the pipes to the sump bolts was removed. Just watch you don't end up with the cooler pipes rubbing on the spin on filt...

I have never had any issues with power steering conversions, I am doing one at the moment, is this a bad omen!!!

Might be a long shot but have you checked the teeth on the flywheel when the starter motor was out. I bought a PI once that would start and discover the teeth on the flywheel were badly worn and the ring gear had slipped half off the flywheel. The starter on the PI would try to engage but would dise...

Hi Tony, It could be the spring broken, although I have come across the button sticking inside the handle itself before. I would try and remove the rubber grip first, as it will be too very slippery after some WD40 spray has been applied, just in case you need to remove the rubber grip. You will nee...

An even cheaper temporary fix is pull the injector while the car is running and tap the side of the injector on the rocker cover a few times, or until the dribble turns a cone like spray, has worked for me in the past.

Ohhhh, sounds like a lot of work, keep it auto!!!!!! Mine is and is lovely if you are a lazy person like I have become
