Re: 2500TC 1974
Hi Folks Sadly no progress yet. :( Part of the deal with the missus for me taking this on was that I agreed to get some stuff done around the house. So the decorating is done (I can always find something better to do than decorate in normal circumstance  ). I do need to do the exhaust, r...

Hi. I'd didn't realise the Saloons made it stateside..
Great looking alloys on there from what I can see. Look like the Wolfrace ones I have on my old Range Rover

Re: Rare/desirable options...
My 74 2500TC has Triplex glass.
I got the impression from my Nan that there were no options. You went to a dealer and picked from what they had, or had on the way maybe, no ordering or tailoring options as such.

Re: 2500TC 1974
Thanks for the welcome folks :D The kids seem quite keen on assisting with the repairs too so we'll have to see how that one works out. The reality is unlikely to be as glamorous as Fast'n'Loud, Sin City Motors or even Wheeler Dealers, but I'll try and maintain their interest. Also thanks for ...

2500TC 1974
The car was originally purchased by my Grandad in September 1974. It was his second Triumph (his first being a blue 2000 auto). It is red – code 72 (Pimento?) - with a manual overdrive box and black interior. Unfortunately he died about 18 months after buying it. I was only 6 months old so unfortuna...

Hi Folks
Hi Folks Just joined the Forum so thought I’d introduce myself and my project. I’m Steve and despite the somewhat pretentious username I’m relatively normal; honest. I’ve been reading the forum as a lurker for a while now and have decided to take on what I’ll call a practical restoration o...
