Re: Mk1 Boot Lid seal fitting - advice needed please

Hi Bill / Clifford, Thanks for the advice, I've trawled through all the old posts and can find plenty relating to the fitting of door seals but none for the Mk1 boot lid seal. Anyway, I intend to get inside the boot (when I've earned some browny points with the missus so she lets me out again!) and ...

Mk1 Boot Lid seal fitting - advice needed please

Hi fellow triumphant enthusiasts, I've got to the stage now in my restoration where I need to fit the boot lid seal. Problem is that the original one was removed years ago for spraying and I live in France so don't have access to another Mk1 for reference. So, has anyone got any do's or don'ts pleas...

Re: Decent Mk1 PI Left Hooker - Limoges France

It would be about £600 to get it back to Blighty - I know a guy based near Limoges who makes regular trips to/from the UK transporting cars.

It's a "steal" at 1200 euro's!

Mk1 Manual PI project for sale in France

Mk1 PI for sale east of Paris - albeit a left hooker but only 600 euro's! The beauty of life in France for a French car is that there is no salt during the winter. https://www.leboncoin.fr/voitures/972565506.htm?ca=2_s It's been stored for the last 20 years but coughed and spluttered when trying to ...

6RA Relay for Mk1 PI Headlamps Flasher

Hi all, I've got a relay with a broken terminal and tried to solder it back on without success :( . Anyway, the relay has 4 spade terminals on it, 2 x C1 both carrying Blue & White cables. 1 x C2 carrying a Purple cable and 1 x W1 carrying a Brown & Black cable. From the parts list the PN appears to...
