Hi All, Now that the 2000 estate is stripped and ready for welding I am now looking to the upgrade options. I am looking at using the care for touring and distance with performance therefore wondering on suitable upgrades. Decisions so far but looking for recommendations PAS & ARB kits acquired need...

I was wondering if its worth fitting an anti roll bar to my estate? its a mk1. I am already going to convert to power steering

Master Cylinder

Hi All,

Stripped of the master cylinder and reservoir today, the fluid was rotten as was the reservoir itself. couple of quick questions,

for a mk1
1, are the repair kits any good?
2, where am i amble to get hold of a new reservoir?

I have spoken so far to TR enterprises and Yorkshire triumph

Alternator rating

Hi All, Following on from a FB posting about my Halogen conversion, i was wondering what rating of alternator people use? for info i have added the halogens X 4 that are rated at 130% above normal halogens, but clame same power rating still to add would be the phone charger, radio and sat navs etc c...

Cheers, much to mull over. the timing rebuild should be ok as i am planning an engine rebuild soon so it wll have to come off anyway.

Also need to look at the parts supply
