Hi Caleb. MK blocks were 2.5's fitted to 73 - 75 2500TC's in Australia before we started getting MM blocks. Yes BW 35's were unfortunately fitted to 2.5's! They had a cooler fitted as standard as opposed to the 2000. The change to the 65 happened at the same time as the change to HS6 carbs and 2500T...

Hi Thorsten. It definitely works. Ive done it myself a couple of times many years ago. These days I prefer Man O/D! From memory the differences are: •Tailshaft •Speedo Cable •Cooler lines I'm sure there is more. The 65 is a far superior box to the 35 and is a worthwhile improvement. Hope that helps ...
