Fibre glass wings, whats peoples thoughts about them. Seem to be readily available. Could be only option to be ready for National.

Distributor queeries .
I am trying to find out what the right distributor should be in a pfl 2000 circa 73. Why do they have different degree numbers on weights ?. I have a selection. 41236 13deg. 41378 B 9deg. 40967 B 13deg. 41502 A 13deg. Any info on these dizzys would be appreciated. Thanks.

Found it. Seperated the two green wires and it was the thin one that was shorting. Followed it and it led to wiper motor, turns out to be the park switch shorting out. Now ive just got to put it all back together again.What threw me was the wipers are wired to the other push on related to that fuse ...

Hi Alec,Thanks, i will be checking further tomorrow.Nothing obvious to be seen. Loom seems in good condition. Just a process of elimination i suppose. Was only joking about the nail across the fuse.

Thanks Lads. It is the top fuse. With all the other fuses out and only the green wires on fuse panel it blows as soon as ignition switched on. I will just have to follow wire and hope i find problem or i'll stick a nail in fuse and look out for the smoke

My 2500tc has developed a dead short and blows top fuse as soon as ignition turned on. I have narrowed it down to the green feed wire that comes off blower switch and goes into loom. My PI doesn't have this wire so was wondering does any one know where it goes and what it feeds. I have removed heate...

I recently picked up a cheap low miler 2500tc. Needs sills and arch repairs. Sills no problems but wheel arch panels seem to be a no no. Tried earlpart but no go, said not available for at least a year. Rimmer out and CW. Anybody got any spare,or know where else to get them, need front rear panel an...
