As an update, just been doing some investigation on this. Stag Pistons are 57mm diameter Discs are 270mm diameter 2000/2.5 Pistons are 54mm diameter Discs are 248mm diameter Sorry I would write this in imperial, but all the info I can find is in that funny french system. :roll:

I would suspect either the shuttle is stuck (gummed up) inside the metering unit or the red plastic key that rotates the metering unit internals has broken. Bent anti-rollbar
If I put the anti-rollbar on a level surface one eyelet is 1/2" higher than the other. Also there is a slight bend about 1/16" in the middle, probably from hitting something.
Should I ignore it?

Stag pads are the same as 2000/2.5. But the discs are a larger diameter. this is the difference in the calipers as the legs are londger and the braking force is greater.

Whats the preferred method of welding these onto the shell? I've previously MIG welded around the outside, but it has been a bit messy due to access. Try identifying which side this is occuring on. There are only four contact points on each side of the centre line; Sub-frame mount, shock absorber, Spring and diff mount.
